I'm also experiencing a crash on launch with 4.0.0 and macOS 13.4.

On the 1/9 release, WU is working correctly. Forecast and sunrise/sunset working correctly. Haven't seen crashes since installing the 1/9 again. (Monterey).

Just loaded the build from 1/10/22. All WeatherUnderground sources have incorrect forecast icon and incorrect forecasts. Also, sunrise/sunset are reversed, as if it were for the opposite hemisphere (180º long off). "2204/1011". Sunrise in this local (central CA coast) s/b 0706/1708. No crashes though. I'm going to reinstall the previous day's build (from 1/9/22) and see if that's still OK (except for as mentioned above). edit: Yes, that build seems OK. Forecasts, wx icon, and sunrist/sunset are correct....

I'm seeing crash on refresh (manual). I'm not 100% sure it's trying to refresh on screen unlock. It seems to load fine when I launch it again (from Dock). Using 3.5.1 build that was released yesterday.
