I tried hard to like it, as it mostly solves issues in Freemind, but I keep coming back to the original as I find the UI in Freeplane less productive, probably because I'm using it keyboard-only for all editing, and Freeplane keeps getting in the way with popups which are (were ?) not entirely usable from the keyboard only: Freemind vs any other mind mapper is really about the ability to map at the speed of thought, which no other tool I've used yet allows.
