Note, THIS IS NOT A PAID JOB. I simply want to hand this to another dev so that I can forget about it and move onto another project.

I am abandoning this java game and I do not want to see it just crumble and fall, that is why I am going to allow the first person to respond to me via email to take over the project. The Game is based in java, and has a small chat server that needs bug fixes and a ip change, (as the ip currently hardcoded in is no longer existent,) along with this it could use a story and inventory system to help with gameplay characteristics.
