Hello Steven, I will consider that. However I am happy to run alternative testing - 20230807-mantic and selecting Clonezilla live (VGA with large font & To RAM) as it is only the initial loading that is tiny. Once it gets to the "Start Clonezilla" screen the font size is acceptable. I reported the problem to give you a heads up about it. I still could use it to backup the Mac. Regards, fbagnato

Hi Steven, v3.1.1-10 does not complete booting. The DVD drive light periodically flashes a few times then goes off then the cycle of the flashing and off repeats continuously. I found the same problem where Clonezilla never completes starting up on the Stable v3.1.0-22 i686-pae and amd64 versions. The only release that would boot was the Stable v3.1.0-22 i686. Seems like it is looping on a startup instruction. Regards, fbagnato

Hello Zero, I don't know if this will help but I was having a lot of problems getting a multi-boot Windows 10 bootloader hard drive to boot after restoring the image backup. I wasn't getting any errors but a flashing cursor on the left hand corner of the screen. The way I ended up with a successful boot from a restored image was to select the expert parameters and selecting the -j1 (default: unchecked): "Write MBR (512 B) again after image is restored.
