No longer having this problem - Win 11 Insider version 22622.290 VeraCrypt opens fast and stable, as it used to. This issue resolved for me :)

Yeh! Another success for Gary Marks' way, from the same Win11 Insider problem. Most grateful. And speaking of Win Explorer problems, I'm noticing that the tabbed version crashes quite often, so I'm wondering, as others, that Explorer's unstable behaviour is causing this VeraCrypt problem...
