    Update 9-24-2018: User request- Given all systems are not obviously created equal (CPU/memory) and the fact that port scanning can play havoc on system resources, especially if the user intends to scan several thousand ports at one time. I have added a minimum Thread Count control by the Port Scanner. The default value is 500 and should work well with most systems as a happy medium.
