Hi Achal, thanks for a very useful product. In the process of upgrading from Ubuntu Xenial to Focal, I decided to update to the latest Dualserver version at the same time. Unfortunately the latest version 7.40 fails to detect the fixed IP on the original build Xenial, and on a Bionic build and on Focal (the new build) . The previous version 7.39 works well on all three. Tested on Debian, Ubuntu based Armbian on ARM 64 processor on Orange Pi Zero Plus. Network manager not installed. Network manually...

The issue has been corrected in V7.51 I compiled V7.51 and tested it. It works. I don't know if the issue is resolved in V7.50.

I found the cause. The Dualserver state file on the primary was corrupt. Deleting it solved the problem.

Hi Achal. My Primary Secondary DHCP/DNS pair on Armbian Ubuntu on ARM has been working for a number of years. Recently the secondary failed to start with "Failed to get Zone(s) from Primary Server, waiting 360 seconds to retry" repeated. This may have been happening for some time. Switching Primary to Secondary didn't work. Moving the Primary to Windows allowed the Linux secondary to function normally. I suspect that some Linux update may have caused the issue. Linux primary is listening on the web...

In case anyone else is considering this. I can confirm that I was able to compile Dual DHCP DNS Server on the Orange Pi Zero Plus board by using the instructions for 64 bit Linux as given in the Dual DHCP DNS Server manual. I suspect that it will work for other versions of the board too. The OS is ARMBIAN 5.38 stable Ubuntu 16.04.4 LTS 4.14.48-sunxi64 Daemonize proved to be simple. Set up the paths in the rc script and symbolic link to it in init.d. The only other differences were that the dualserver.ini...
