Etienne Lehoux-Jobin

Hi, N00b here. Is there a way to OCR Japanese subtitles with SubRip? If so, how? So far, I've only been able to export subtitles as BMP files, without OCR. That said, I also get weird frames, bringinging back old memories of the good old VCR days. (See the attached picture of a not-so-successful frame...) Any tips on that? Anyway, thank you very much!
