I have a root folder at /dev/sda3 that I'm trying to boot through Win2Grub, to avoid using the duplicate Grub bootloader/EFI partition that I accidentally installed at /dev/sda1 when installing the Linux root at /dev/sda3. I was wondering if it is possible to boot that root through the UUID/PARTUUID, using something like a Grub config. I'm not trying to boot the bootloader, I've already managed to do that with your earlier instructions.
Wait so.. How do I use this? Can't I use the UUID of my root partition to boot into it immediately? Do I still need to enter the other Grub that I have configured and mounted on my second drive?
Okay, yes, that does work. Well, okay, it works, but it boots into my other bootloader, which is a bit unexpected because... Namely, I'm not good with bootloaders. I'm sorry if that was an obvious thing. Separate solution: I was thinking if it's maybe possible to boot off an UUID/PARTUUID (preferably PARTUUID) instead, would that be an option?

e.g, see image attached. The partition encircled in red is the one I want to boot from.
It's an EFI file, but it's not located in my default EFI partition. It's on my other hard drive. When I select the "EFI Partitions Operations" option, the separate EFI partition gets detected, and is assigned as N:\, and I can browse it fully, but it gets released when I close the windows. I need it to keep being assigned in order to boot from it.
Bonus question: How would I go about booting a separate bootloader located at /dev/sda3 through Win2Grub?
I emailed the .7z file to 'drummerdp@users.sourceforge.net'.
I sent it to you.
I am also unsure whether my Windows 7 drive is running off BIOS or EFI. It's from a hard drive I used to use on my old system that I converted into a external hard drive recently. I since searched for tools to boot off of it, and subsequently found this program.
I'm hoping it's this file. Otherwise, I also provided an image of my "disk management" window at https://imgur.com/a/nRRxcWB. I also have one 8GB SD card, and another one with 16GB. Both is formatted with FAT32. I also used to have Ubuntu installed, but I removed it.
Okay, well, whatever. I ran the setup file. Separate question: Is there any way to get it to boot off my separate Windows 7 hard drive on (G:)?

..So I still need to run the .exe file from the .zip file? That's not included in the source code?
I downloaded the source code; then ran xxcompile.bat as instructed in the README. It outputted an .exe file, but when I run said .exe file, it crashes with this error.
I used the .bat file to compile Win2Grub, but when I try to run the output .exe file, it immediately crashes, gives me an error, and this log file. It seems to have something with a background image missing. Do I have to create this image?
This software does sound pretty good, but since it's on SourceForge, shouldn't it be open-source? If so, where can I find the source code? Say, if I want to build the .exe file myself. Or if I want to make commits to the code. I searched this up on GitHub and it led me to a page with only a license listed (https://github.com/drummerdp/Grub2Win) And, if there is a source code, why is it nowhere to be found on the summary or support page? Not even in the README? It should be easier to access. Edit:...

You know that quick button that lets you make a quick command prompt that automatically CD's into the directory that you're in? I use it a lot. Especially with FFMPEG. But recently I've started using PowerShell a lot more. Is there any way to replace the shortcut to start PowerShell and CD into the directory that you're in, similar to the command prompt shortcut? Thanks.
