For 1, I havn't looked in the corresponding code since ten years, so it's possible there are side effects linked to storm.dll loading. I'd suggest to save the config after saving the paths, close and load the application again. For 2, are such replays reported as 'anomaly' in the game text box?

took some time to fix it: Apparently there are 'new' 0x6b actions related strings. I have no ideas of what it does, I just shunted them so there should not be any crash here. here's the fixed version - http://esby.free.fr/prog/dW3gParser/dW3gParser_setup_0.16_revision_1278_2017-09-18.exe

The paths are not configurated properly if you see the windows asking you to create an xml file for the map version. This is a fallback window when the storm.dll cannot be located and loaded. Anyway I need a replay, I won't be able to examine the issue until this monday.

I restored the FAQ from internet wayback machine... https://sourceforge.net/p/dw3gparser/wiki/FAQ/ I need more information in order to help you... do you configured properly the paths in the application?
