Hello, I have 2 questions regarding interpretation of GIFT results for a gray matter morphometry analysis. Do I understand correctly that for each component, voxels with positive and negative z-scores are anticorrelated with each other? For example, if Component 1 shows positive z-scores in regions A and B, and negative z-scores in regions C and D, does this mean that when regions A & B are larger, C & D tend to be smaller, and vice versa? How do I interpret positive vs negative loading coefficients...
