I just downloaded the source from SF and created a new netbeans project with existing sources pointing to the PIPEv4.3.0_src folder, and added all the jars in the PIPEv4.3.0_src\src\lib folder to it, and it compiled with no problems. Run the Pipe.java as the project's main class

Sarah has a legacy branch for 4.3 on her github project at https://github.com/sarahtattersall/PIPE/tree/legacy it had some info on compiling PIPE. that said, you can just download a compiled version of it here on SF https://sourceforge.net/projects/pipe2/files/PIPEv4/PIPEv4.3.0/
