Thanks for the suggestion. I did a full wipe of both last night, earlier while you were making suggestions. I had latest AutoIT installed thought it might have done something so removed that and follows peace backup and reinstall process via the peace setup tool to no avail. Seems stuck at 8 EQ freqs for me, pressing the add slider button or ctrl+= reloads the window but it still stays at 8 even on a fresh install where I'm sure peace.ini and peace.txt were removed first. Please correct my understanding...

Grabbed the original from the source, closed peace, removed the old profile & added the new one to C:\Program Files\EqualizerAPO\config opened the peace file directly, ensured I had the correct file selected, audio eq not changing unless I press the set 1-4 profile button still stuck at 8 frequencies shown at once. Nor can I find a setting to show all 31 at once again. Selecting "Equalizer One Third Octave" config also only shows 8 eq sliders at once. Thoughts?

Thanks Peter, unsure why but still limited to a max of 8 sliders visible on screen? I've a friend test using the same peace file and he, like I used to have can see all 31 sliders showing at once, again perhaps a user error? Images to show the difference.

That's strange, setting a single frequency slider did change that frequency. Apologies, perhaps it was user error, but pressing the set 1-4 buttons enabled the profile, something I've never had to do previously. Still don't understand why I don't see all of the 31 EQ sliders though? Edit: peace.ini & preset for reference

That's strange, setting a single frequency slider did change that frequency. Apologies, perhaps it was user error, but pressing the set 1-4 buttons enabled the profile, something I've never had to do previously. Still don't understand why I don't see all of the 31 EQ sliders though?

I'm having a similar issue, using equalizerapo and peace, both 64bit versions on win 10 2004 patched to date. Perhaps this is a peace related issue as the pre-amp works but the eq settings don't seem to. When working correctly I always use the peace telephone preset to test as it's very clearly getting the typical band limiting and distortion, this doesn't happen but pre-amp does work when I turn it on and off. I've done a clean install of both equalizer apo and again this evening but still the same...
