How did it finally ended? I´m on the same situation

Same 103 problem here. Difference with Jim is that I try to manually install the driver (pointing Windows to the path where the .sys and .inf files are) but Windows refuses to install the drvier because it says that the most suitable driver is already installed. So I can´t switch to the SDIO recomended driver. ¿Any solution?
