First, let me also say Thank you João. I was preparing to retire my DNS 321, but when I found Alt-F, I refitted my box when fresh drives and updated the software. Things were going smoothly. Media has been backed up from my PCs, and is being served from the DNS321. However, my Playstation 4 is having difficulty accessing that media. I was having this same problem. I have a 14.3 TB Raid-0 on DNS-323. There was no way to reserve enough space. So, as you suggested, I got a ~30GB USB device and made sure it was a short as to almost disappear when plugged in. It won't get accidentally knocked out either. Alt-F has been moved over to sda0 and rebooted successfully. Clear sailing thus far. I'm successfully updating packages now. I haven't yet installed ipkg-cl.gz. i'm not sure how to upload that file to my NAS. On the Alt-F package...
