Just want to report that I'm currently using build 16.20.2771 and still experience the same problem since 16.10.2762. I still don't have any clue as to why this is happening. Going back to build 16.00.2746 and that behaves perfectly normal.

I have checked and it is writable. It will retain all other changes you make to the application, except for any modification to the size and position. I have even tried to copy the INI file from the previous version, also has no effect. The app will restore to the default size and position every time I launch the app and it will overwrite the INI each time I close it.

No matter how many times I can change the size and position of the app, it returns to its default size and position upon exiting and re-opening the app. Modifying the values in INI file also doesn't have any effect. This only happens in version 16.10.2762.

Upon deeper inspection, I have noticed that the PngOptimizer.exe in Plugins64 folder from 15.10.2644 is the same as what listed as "PngOptimizerCL: a command line version of PngOptimizer" on the developer's site, while the PngOptimizer.exe in Plugins64 folder from 15.20.2657 is the GUI version. So, I went and downloaded the x64 PngOptimizerCL.exe on the developer's site, renamed it to PngOptimizer.exe and replaced the one in Plugins64 folder from 15.20.2657 with it. It works perfectly fine now.

I have tried optimizing several different PNG files with FileOptimizer 15.20.2657 but using x64 version, progress will always stall as soon as PngOptimizer is initiated. The issue does not occur in x32 version, and excluding PngOptimizer from the plugin list in x64 version also allows progress to proceed as normal. I'm using the same settings I did as with previous builds, switching optimization level to 9:Best while leaving everything else at default settings. Also, a test file I used in x64 15.10.2644...
