Hello, My current itop version is 2.7.2-1-6483, php 5.64, mysql 5.7.24. In order to update to the latest 2.7.3-6624, can I use the itop administration update function ? Is it free of risk ? Best Regards

Hello Jeffrey, My approach of "workstation" component is CMMS approach. I would like to watch all request ticket rattached to a component. I could create a link class "lnkUserRequestToWorkComponent" (not specialized) ; It seems that it needs to develop module for itop and I am not enough confident to try this way.

Hello, I have deployed itop since several months, and happy with it. I am looking a way to link a user resquest ticket to a CMBD component (e.g. : a workstation) ; but I does not seem possible on my itop instance (2.7.1). I would to be able to trace all user requests associated with CMDB component, this can help to retrieve a particular solution to a ticket or see occurences of same problem on a CMBD component. Best Regards, Ed

Hello, I have installed itop on a centos 7 with php 5.6 last year. I succeeded to perform update to itop 2.7.1 But for next release of itop, my php 5.6 version will be obsolete. At itop install, i install php 5.3 from remi repo Can I uninstall this 5.6 version and then install php 7.3 from remi ? Will my itop restart without issue ?

I did not find how to filter on "service family" Instead, I filtered directly on services rattached to my service family id 1 Example : SELECT UserRequest WHERE DATE_SUB(NOW(), INTERVAL 180 DAY) < start_date AND UserRequest.service_id IN ('6', '1', '2') Service_id 6,1,2 are all parts of my service family id 1 So this is an indirect way to get results for my service family id 1

This can not work, because all UserRequest are rattached to a root Organization (and not my sub Organizations IT and ST)

Instead of trying with "service family", I triedto filter by "organization". I have 2 organizations (IT with id 3 and ST with id 4) So I tried a new query : SELECT UserRequest FROM UserRequest AS UserRequest JOIN Organization AS Organization ON UserRequest.org_id = Organization.id JOIN Organization AS Organization1 ON Organization.parent_id BELOW Organization1.id WHERE (DATE_SUB(NOW(), INTERVAL 180 DAY) < start_date AND Organization1.id = '3') but it is not working better
