Another screenshot displaying points 1 and 2: Point 1 (no angles) root seems clear: for instance the x=0 line (vertical axis) is not centered on x=0. Point 2 (selection exported) is the blue rectangle (the x label has been selected). If the selection could be toggled it would not matter so much. It seems to work here, tested again with LibreOffice 6.1.3.2, Texmaths 0.46.2. I am willing to do more tests, but someone has to tell me what. For instance, "rendering the same equation first in png and then in svg mode" yield the same size here. The size of upper case letters such as 'D' (not lower case 'n' !) of libreoffice text (tested with noto sans) and Texmaths (tested with package sfmath or \textsf{D}) match perfectly.
Indeed, the scaling is back to normal with this version. Thanks to Sergio for the thorough investigation, and to you for this great extension !
