Hi Anonymous, and sorry for your inconvenience. Let's try to identify the root cause of this issue: - Are there any physical or virtual COM ports present on your device? - Which map file did you use? A custom or a downloaded one? - Also, is it possible to post the contents of file \ResidentFlash\NAVeGIS\eGIS.use? It would be really helpful if you could provide your input.

Hi, First, you have to download the .zip container from http://garmin.openstreetmap.nl/ service, and then unzip and store the gmapsupp.img file in a folder inside your device, let's say in "\Storage Card\NAVeGIS\Maps\". Then, you have to load the img file in the application, by selecting [Settings]->[Map File]->[\..]->[\..]->[\Storage Card]->[\NAVeGIS]->[\Maps]->[gmapsupp]. File "63241892.img" corresponds to a small map region in Central France, and it is provided for demonstration purposes.

Hi again Rudy, I have uploaded a zip file for ARMV4I architecture, and you could download it from here: https://sourceforge.net/projects/navegis/files/Storage%20Card/NAVeGIS_ARMV4I.zip/download.

Hi Rudy, This is a perfect car infotainment system! I think that Windows CE.Net 6.0 supports only x86 architecture, therefore, you could try to install the files from https://sourceforge.net/projects/navegis/files/Storage%20Card/NAVeGIS_x86.zip/download into your storage card. Regarding maps, you could select and download the map files you would need, from http://garmin.openstreetmap.nl/, and unzip them inside /Maps directory. I hope that I've been of some help.
