I tried PC-Basic on my 3 Win-10 computers, wrote a simple program, SAVE"TESTPGM",A. Used the search window to locate it (successfully), for the path.... Could not get to the directory! The computers put the file in 3 different inaccessable locations. I am finding the 3 machines spend more time loading, updating, checking for " WHATEVER" than doing useful work! PC-Basic could get to TESTPGM and was able to LOAD" & run the simple code. Pulled an old PC out of the garage, used the original Op-sys restore...
