in conf\settings.php, you mut have : rootDir="c:\wamp64\www\seeddms60x\seeddms6.0.17.1\" httpRoot="/seeddms60x/seeddms6.0.17.1/" contentDir="c:\wamp64\www\seeddms60x\data\"

Hi, you must keep the contain of the archive as it is. So you must have a folder c:/wamp64/www/seeddms60x with this content (see picture below)

Hi, First, it was not necessary to have all directories in the same place. It's a better choice to have a alias in the apache conf. I have not your problem on my config (look at attachment)
