Linux Mint 22.2 Zara, Cinnamon luckyBackup 0.5.0 I am presently backing up files in my computer (/home), mostly from the Documents folder, to drive A. Thanks to its schedule the results are then backedup to drive B. But drive B already has its own set of directories and subdirectories. How to get documents of different sorts to be put in the existing directories. For instance, I have a directory in my Docs dir for project 1. Wow! Very impressive reply! Thank you so much for sharing all this info Rescuezilla! :) This is a great alternative than the software I was looking for!
Hi there! I know the USB stick is not the problem as I just used it on my desktop without a problem. But when I try on the IdeaPad Flex 5 laptop it gets stuck after I select a resolution at the beginning (2nd from the top). I already disabled Secure Boot. Any ideas? Thanks a bunch in advance, DPC
Hi all! It seems that project was abandoned since 2013 or so. The website is still there, but the link to the ISO file is broken, the same for the messaging form, and the forum :( Or does anyone know about an alternative? Thanks in advance guys! DPC
Could it be that the rEFInd file became corrupt? The only way around that I can think of is to try to access the BIOS and change the drives booting order, whether rEFInd can be loaded or not. Just to regain access to Windows. But I would love to know if there is a way of getting rEFInd working again. Thanks, DPC
Thanks for saving me the time to investigate any further :) Cheers!
I need to change the password on an archive file with many large files, I would rather just change the password, than extracting the files to then archive them again with a new password. Is this possible? If so, how? Thanks a lot guys!
