[WORKAROUND] Somehow I fixed this (serious) problem by a simple copy of the existing folder BASEPATH/extensions/bastille/conf/system/include/13.2 to BASEPATH/extensions/bastille/conf/system/include/13.3 which has been absent on some "embedded" installations of mine after the upgrade. One of the initialisation scripts of "bastille" seem to look on startup for the existence of some tools like "jib" and ensures that they are installed properly into the base's search path. The script seems to derive...

Any progress in this matter?

Security Patches: FreeBSD 13.2-RELEASE-p5
This issue is still open/present on latest official XigmaNAS release (13.2.0.5 - Heighliner (Revision 9876). The lockup can be easily triggered by using extensively the Tools -> Command interface, i.e. for updating jails, searching the NAS or performing several other tasks.
Addendum: on all (up to the most recent) 13.1 versions of XigmaNAS, I can trigger this behaviour while using the Tools->Command facility on Bastille jails or doing simple checking/monitoring of the XigmaNAS host itself. After a shorter or longer time the GUI doesn't respond anymore, nor I'm able to login to the GUI from another site - the webserver is not responding. Since I host several different types (full and embedded) and configurations of the network (some with vlan, some without, some with...
Seems that picking up any .php script located in /usr/local/www/ which has a "change and save" capability seems to fix the problem not having any subemu at hand. Still the very poor and reduced menu is present - is this the new design?
GUI: Update to 13.1.0.5.9581 renders GUI unusable
I applied the patch. I figured that now on the firmware update page, the response text changed from "no information available" to "no update available" (its a bad translation, I know, I'm too lazy to switch from German back to English). Similar when checking bastille jails for updates on a release. I did recently a full ugrade/update on that box via CLI, so I have no real proof of a working patch, because there is one part not working: when checking in bastille for base releases in Maintenance ->...
Of course, the only thing I request is proper instructions how to patch. Our XigmaNAS is ready to test.

Hello, thanks for responding so quickly. The issue here is, please apologize the missing information, that I need a vlan interface without IP, intended for usage with Bastille JAILs. On that specific box, em0 is the only NIC. I confirm, that, if for the newlz created vlan-pseudo NIC(s) a dedicated IP address is assigned, rc.conf looks close to that as shown above. But if no IP address is explicetely assigned, the WebGUI logic seems to remain stuck in only providing the rc.conf line cloned_interfaces="vlan0...
