I think I figured out how to do what I needed. I killed endcap.r, and then rebuilt it with the new additions. This was automatically part of the whole tree and there was nothing to "insert", it's already there. So I accomplished what I needed to do without having to rebuild the entire tree. The order that worked was: u endcap.r/R u epa.s - epacut.s - cut4.s - cut3.s - cut2.s - cut1.s - shlfct.s - swtchhld.s - swtchcut.s u swtchshlf.s This gives me a better understanding of how the database works...
I have subregion I want to swap out for a modified version. Is there a direct command to do that? The tree looks like this: u mb1.r/R u mouthbot.r/R u endcap.r/R u epa.s - epacut.s - cut4.s - cut3.s - cut2.s - cut1.s - shlfct.s u mainbox.r/R u solid.r/R u base u rcc1.s - inrbx.s - inrcl.s - tctslt.s - shlfbx.s - shlfcl.s - ledtop.s - ledbot.s - rcs1.s - rcs2.s I want to change "endcap.r" to this: endcap.c/ u endcap.r/R u epa.s - epacut.s - cut4.s - cut3.s - cut2.s - cut1.s - shlfct.s u swtchshlf.s...
