I do not and will not use Facebook. So if anyone who does could let this forum know, I would appreciate it. Many thanks, David

Thanks for pointing this out Chris: you're talking about the functionality that I'm looking for, but it doesn't seem to work right. In the support.apple.com page you pointed me to it says "Move between tabs: ...You can also press Control-Tab or Control-Shift-Tab to go to the next or previous tab." It's that Control-Tab function I'm looking for but it doesn't work on MacOS 11.2.1 - it does nothing. I use this function all the time when on other apps with multiple tabs.

Thanks everyone, this is really helpful and encouraging. Any suggestions for closed-back headphones? Thanks, David

Hi Gilgongo, I never understood that URL page where it says "3. Make sure that if you mute your audio input inside the recording application, you can’t hear yourself." (surely a setting specific to Audacity?) and then "4. Close the recording application and run Jamulus. You should still not hear yourself." ... surely once Audacity is closed, any local settings to that app are void? Or is it implying that Audacity's muting is system-wide? When Jamulus on a Mac client is running, presumably it outputs...

Luke, I got mine working by plugging the USB connection to my MacBook Pro (you might need adapters and/or extenders, I am not sure how long an extension can be). Then power up the Zoom H6 and select Audio Interface (rather than SD Card Reader) as output. You can then select stereo or multitrack. If your PC/Mac has better power capacity you don't need to select the H6 battery option. Jamulus should then recognize the H6 as an input option in the Settings page assuming your PC/Mac 's Plug'n'Play capability...

Thanks Vincenzo, I think you do understand - it's just that I like to keep the window I am working on maximized (especially on a small MacBook Pro) and then Command-Tab to other contexts when I am interested in their information displayed. This works well with almost all software that I use - I can cycle around all the windows as I want, using a key combination. I've been working like this for decades with Windows and Macs - it's a standard GUI capability but I can't find a way to do this with Jamulus'...

The Jamulus client seems to have 3 screens on MacOS - the main screen (titled "Jamulus") with mixer controls for all the participants, the "Settings" screen (showing technical parameters such as buffer sizes) and "Connection Setup" (showing the various online servers). They are all useful so I want to be able to jump between them. Normally some flavor of tabbing should work in MacOS but I can't find any combination that works. Please advise? (The only way that works for me is to go to right click...
