Not the developer here, but I've seen this implemented in Python where by downloading the images twice (once with a landscape orientation instead of the normal portrait) it is indeed possible. I can maybe dig up the code if that will help. Should HDH work for resources accessed via Hathi's ETAS program? I do not personally have access to such resources, but I know at least 3 people who say it's not working for them. Before I try to document all the details and open a ticket I just want to check if it's suported in theory or just not possible. Here's a screenshot of one case where it says "document not available".
