Thank you very much! The parameters I used for my template construction are the same with that in your example 'http://ntustison.github.io/TemplateBuildingExample/' except I changed the radius of CC metric form 2 to 4, would this differ a lot? Shoud I keep these parameters for the new registration?

Dear ants experts, I have some question about shape updating step in template construction. Why is the 'Warp' file applied four times to the current template during shape updating? https://github.com/stnava/ANTs/blob/master/Scripts/antsMultivariateTemplateConstruction2.sh#L377 Are the output files 'WarpedToTemplate' actually the files generated in the 4th iteration and not the images registered to the final tempalte?Is there anyway to obtain the final registered images besides running a new registration?...
