Hey, How OpenLTE maintains the network connectivity with the UE, after the successful registration? I hope RRC Connection Reconfiguration Complete + Attach accept is the last message received from UE regarding the registration. Is there any specific messages that is exchanged between the eNodeB and UE to maintain that connectivity (i.e., keep the UE attached to the network) or just sending down the prescheduled broadcast information (MIB & SIB) is enough? Hi Folks, Could someone please explain how the IP allocation works in LTE. I'm using a custom programmed Sysmocom USIM and successfully registered with OpenLTE network. But I'm unable to see any IP address assigned to the UE. Also the access to the internet is also not working. Am I missing anything or do I need to configure anything specifically for this purpose? Is the IP address and DNS address really sent to UE over the air? Thanks & Best Regards Dominic

Hi Erik I'm glad you were able to detect and connect to OpenLTE under Ubuntu 14.04 and B210. I'm using the same OS and hardware but have not succeeded with OpenLTE, even have not yet detected the network in my phone. Please help me. Hi Dylanger I would like to know if you had any success in detecting the OpenLTE network in your smartphones. If yes, could you please share what all are the workarounds you did and please do share your system configuration (processor, ram and OS), openlte system parameters(from control terminal) and the antenna you have used. Great David, So you can surely help me. Me too using the NI 2901 USRP, but for some reason the network is not getting detected. The device is detected and I'm able to run the code,everything seems fine except the network is not detected. Wiki was the reference and followed the steps given to instal, run, and configure openlte. In case if I am going for completely blank SIM, what all are the parameters manadatorily needs to be written into the SIM to make it work with OpenLTE? Also, what all parameters are expected to come along with the SIM? How about ICCID, OPC and ADM1? Are these required to successfully run with OpenLTE or will just MCC, MNC, IMSI and Ki be enough?

Hi Guys Webshop of Sysmocom is under certain maintenance and is likely to be remained closed for an indefinite period. Could someone please suggest an alternate source to purchase sysmousim or an alternate to sysmousim that could be used along with OpenLTE? Thanks

Because After building the source code, when I run the dream executable, I get the following error dream: error while loading shared libraries: libfaad_drm.so.2: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory Could you please help me clear this issue.
