Hi, I have a command line version in progress as the moment. Its pretty much working, just needs some tweaking and its currently only really for monitoring the device but not difficult to add in control as well. I am using the recon so I can monitor a remote server, so just currently using to monitor temp/rpm to see if any fans have stopped. If anyone is interested I can get it uploaded to github or similar. thanks

I have your webforms example working well with my Hikvision cameras, great bit of code! On one of my cameras I have the image rotated by 90' so the image is portrait rather than landscape. so the image ends up looking all stretched. The feed still comes through as if it is landscape i.e. width = 2688 height=1520. so changing to portrait has not affected what the main stream is reporting.
