I tried doing that, but it just gives me a black screen where menus should be. I also tried running the beta on Windows, but couldn't tell which template was supposed to do frame text.

Thanks - but I have around 1000 videos to do so really need something a bit more automated... Maybe I just need to bite the bullet and look for some script + dvdauthor command-line solution. I really don't need thumbnails at all; just text lists would be fine.

Could someone share a MacOS build of the most recent beta? I really need the text frame option - I have source material that does fine at really low bitrates (talking head with static background that's going to end up being watched on a 7" 480p screen by someone with bad eyesight), so I'm putting 99 videos (which seems to be a hardcoded limit) per DVD, and without having the file name of the video clip it's really annoying to navigate. Also it'd be sweet if it could encode a .jpg with the name of...
