    Hello Felix Scgmalz, I found the python script is running is very slow when I deal a 10ns trajectory with 28GB. I thought it maybe quick if we can run the script in parallel.

    hello, what's version of openbabel? I meet the error about the ChemTraYzer-2.1 below. AttributeError: 'OBBond' object has no attribute 'GetBO' I thought it's version problem about openbabel，and where I can find the corresponding dependency of ChemTraYzer.
