I did try other methods of lnb, and most of the time had to restart PC, cause of device stayed busy even when i closed the program. Generic handler is the one way, which worked with dvb-s (the answer on 2nd question). I can grab with DVB-S (non 8psk). I did it with Astra 19, which on second port (AB) and Hotbird (AA). Only S2 doesn't find any signal.

I have these strings, but doesn't work anyway. AltDVB program for example has signal from 10971000 symbol rate: 29700 (Rsi La).
