I did try other methods of lnb, and most of the time had to restart PC, cause of device stayed busy even when i closed the program. Generic handler is the one way, which worked with dvb-s (the answer on 2nd question). I can grab with DVB-S (non 8psk). I did it with Astra 19, which on second port (AB) and Hotbird (AA). Only S2 doesn't find any signal.

Can't make it show correctly. There is no such in encoding in smplayer list. In mplayer i have subcp=enca:ru:windows-1252 with which mplayer show subs which i need correclty. -subcp enca:ru:windows-1252 doesn't work in smplayer properly. But even if it did, i have to set up that parameeter for every file...

How to set some mplayer param for all files, not only for one? I need ed-start-pts, cause there is a prob with timing in recorded ts, and edl file, created by comskip doesn't work. Can't believe there is no way to set parameter global, not do it all the time for every ts file.
