same issue on windows11 python2.7/python3.1o DX11

Getting module load time error - DLL load failed: %1 is not a valid Win32 application tried with both python27 and python310 same error module is installed for both version able list in module help D3D11 dlls present at Windows\system32 this path is set into PATH environment variable Please help to resolve this error.
