Hi Comboguys, I'd like to create a trigger that only sends a notification when teh Chante Type will be Normal or Emergency (not Routine). I'm testing several sentences to create a filter but any seems to work. I have something like: SELECT Change WHERE parent_id_finalclass_recall LIKE '%ergency%' or similar. How can I achieve that? Dear Pierre, Based on your kind answer I found the culprit. The key was de Delivery Model. I didn include the other Teams and People there. So as soon as I added them to my Delivery Model I was able to select them into the Change Management model. Very happy now! Best, Eduardo from Colombia

Dear Pierre: ITIL Admin console Under Change management, after creating a change and you want to assign it, you edit the change and under the Caller it says "Team". That's where I only see 2 Teams, but I have a total of 5. No matter which user I choose, only those 2 appear. Please check the attachment ;-) Appreciate you help Eduardo
Hi guys, For sure this is a configuration issue, but I couldn't find the way to solve it. I have created several Teams and added some members. Then, when I create a new Change under Change Management module, no matter which caller I select, I dont find any of the previously created Teams. Any clue?
