Hi All, I have decided to discontinue the Gnome edition of Peux OS. The reason behind this is, Peux is a riced-distro, the essence of it is in "Ricing" and "Customizing" while of-course sticking with Pure Arch repositories and then deliver it to the end-users, Gnome is slowly defeating that very purpose. Hi All, This issue was fixed three days ago, however I took my time to double check. Gist of the problem: Reason for incorrect password was broken sudo package. The pam authentication was somehow taking empty values whenever the user log out and log back in, also when the system is locked and user tries to unlock it or when the user uses privileged commands in the terminal. Hi All, I am taking down the Gnome ISO, as few users have reported to experience a login-loop, which is most common and painful issue on Gnome. During early tests, it was not present, but it is happening and can't be ignored. To prevent it further, I am going to take the ISO down and would run some tests. TWM Edition comprises of i3wm, Bspwm, Xmonad and Leftwm. All of these editions are using the latest Linux Kernel : linux 5.12.1.arch1-1. The set of applications are all same. The only difference is the usability based on the WM present. i3, Bspwm and Xmonad is using Tint2 as the default panel. Leftwm is using Polybar as the default panel. Yeah, Gnome on arch is a bit unstable and since extensions are not maintained by mainstream, that's why it's a problem. However, most of the extensions are now available but the only huge difference would be the dock and eventually everyone moving to Gnome 40 will have to loose that bottom dock unless some custom changes in the Gnome system config is made by someone to force the previous look and feel.

I initially thought that Gnome-40 on Arch would break the extensions. It did to some extent. Actually it's not entirely breaking. I was testing it last night. Except for dock and notification OSD and Window Cover Flow, everything is working good. I was able to successfully add the package, however, the builds were all faulty. I initially thought that it was my package that caused the build failure.
