CWTE-Text-Editor
The Mac system has an underlying Unix like system. Find out how to get down to that. And further, CWTE uses the Xwindows environment and you would have to install X. And get the CWTE source code package for Unix/Linux. From there you would have to get down to the command line and compile the source code. I have no experience with MAC, so not able to help you much.

Hi Y'all, Been wondering if anyone would care to comment about this editor. Note that this is just an editor and does not have any Edit Macro feature. This editor got started within Unix and there we would have used one of the shell languages. Thanks, auther of CWTE
