Hi Tormod, Good point. I actually took the code from the -R option and it worked when I tested it with the STM32Duino software. What the STM32Duino software expects is a reset, but it isn't bothered by the detach. That being said, I think you are right and the detach should not be performed... Best regards, Jérôme.
