After that, the feature started working again. I was under the impression that IFS user actions are a feature of iSphere. Is this not the case? I had a set of user actions defined for IFS files and folders. Now, when I click on User Actions for a file or folder I never get the pop-out menu of options and have therefore also lost the ability to edit user actions. I believe the file that contains the user actions must be corrupted but I don’t know where this file is in order to edit it and look for corruption or to replace it with a known-good version. Where are user actions for IFS folders and files kept and how might I repair the install?...
