Hi Skyz, With regard to iTop Hub policy, all extensions are stand-alone and one-shot purchase. When upgrading to a new version of iTop, you have to purchase the compatible extension version. We do not plan to offer special discount soon on this specific extension, but if you upgrade to the latest version you should be able to use it for some time. HTH Best regards Delphine

If you are using Office 365, from October 1st 2022 notifications and ticket creation by email will no longer work in iTop. All notifications configuration steps are described in our documentation. If you use Mail to ticket automation, you should deploy the version 3.6.0 of this extension on an iTop 2.7.7 or 3.0.2 and use OAuth 2.0 authentication, as described in the documentation For further questions, please contact your Microsoft support.

Hi Emmanuel, in which iTop version are you? iTop 2.7.7 is already compatible with OAuth and iTop 3.0.2 which is about to be released to the community in the next few days as well. The last version of MailToTicket Automation extension includes an update to to use Oauth authentication for IMAP. Which means that if you need to use Oauth with this extension, you will have to upgrade to iTop either 2.7.7 or 3.0.2 HTH Delphine

Also, as this extension, as I understand, is "passive" against the telephonic system, I believe that a part of the configuration (namely, the link between the telephonic system and the itop URLs) has to be done on the telephonic side ? Nothing could be easier than having all the customer information right in front of you when you receive an incoming call. That is the promise of this new extension, which links iTop to any CTI system which can open a URL. Hi Ismail, I can see that you are using iTop 3.0.0. Have you properly installed the SAML authentication extension before using it? You will get it from iTop Hub, and in your Hub dashboard, make sure you install it as shown below. Then you should see SAML configuration under the configuration Tab of your iTop.
