add check for existence of pmFreq in Omnirig Icom radios. Default list of Icom radio and path to ini files can be overridden by an ini file.

add ability to select different radio CW messages for S&P and RUN. Add {} macros capability to radio CW messages. Not supporting single char macro replacement as it can interfere with radio special char expansion. Modify cwRadioParams.ini to allow entry of curly brackets.
