Same problem here... still no response. I'm going to post on the QHY FB group and see if somebody can clarify things.

I am at the stage of finalizing my build. My box is a bit larger than called out in the parts list but it looks like it's going to be a tight fit with all the wiring from the box mounted parts. I wonder if any of you who built this project have images you could share with me? I am particularly interested in seeing the "open box" view. I don't know if Sourceforge allows image postings or not. If not, feel free to email me: dav (dot) craig2 (at) gmail (dot) com (replace parentheticals with symbols...)....

Hi Robert, what alternative parts are you investigating? I have all the parts in house now and hope to be starting assembly shortly. Do you have a timeline for announcing the updates? Dave

Hi Robert Thanks for this update. I have yet to manage test it. We’ve had some spring like weather and a lot of yard work piled up. Hi Robert Thanks for this. I will give it a try. Dave On Mar 2, 2021, at 3:44 AM, brownrb brownrb@users.sourceforge.net wrote: Hi David Probably not. I just wanted to check if I can swap the RTC from the specified DS1307 to the DS3231...? I have the latter one in my box of parts. From what I've read, it seems reasonable, but I'm not an expert in this world. Cheers.

I have to say I am impressed with the turn-around time for board production. I placed an order with JLCPCB (via the EasyEDA site) on the 16th, fixed an issue with my order on the 17th and received the boards today (25th), six days before the date FedEx initially indicated. The boards look great and at a landed price of CAD$29 for the 5 boards, I can't complain. Now to source the few final parts and start assembly. Thank you Robert for taking the time and making the resources for this project ava...

Good to hear. I came across this a week or so back having decided to build the Arduino based version. I just happened to have an ESP32 sitting in the box waiting for me to do something with it and this looks like a great something to do. Two weeks ago I learned a dew heater would be a good thing to have...(new to the world of astrophotography, still acquiring knowledge and kit,)
