Up to now, this phenomenon did not appear again. Probably, it was caused by Windows 11 search indexer causing massive load after creating some new files.

On Windows 11, 7-Zip is only available on 2nd level of context menu in Windows explorer (after clicking "extended options"). Maybe there is a possibility to get it to the first level?
