How about adding the parameter to the default options so that adding or editing a file in the ZIP uses it as the default compression method?

The documentation says cu is "7-Zip uses UTF-8 for file names that contain non-ASCII symbols." Does it mean that it sets EFS, or just encode file names as UTF-8? It would be nice to add the option in the GUI, since many people just use GUI, and it's quite annoying to use CLI every time just to make sure the ZIP files are UTF-8 encoded.
