Sure, but the lzma sdk is available as a 7z, so something is required to do the first 7z extraction. Basically, I want to use 7z.exe in an automated bootstrap script but to use it I must first extract a .7z file; therefore it is a circular problem. https://www.7-zip.org/a/7zr.exe is a raw exe so it can be used to break the cycle.
