Permission problem on the ~/.dt subdirectory. The directory dt_dynamic was not being created.

Hi, I am running CDE on Solari 5.6 on a SUN Box. I want to add an icon to the panel, and I can do so, but when I exit the session and log back in the icon is gone. Is there any configuration file where this setting is saved, so I can do it manually ? Or maybe any hint on finding out why the setting is not being persisted ? Thanks, Regards
