    Hello everybody ! I have a question, is it possible to restrict some tickest statuses only for certain user profiles ? Example. For example, a Support Agent profile can only make a transition from Assigned to Solved, but the other statuses, Reassign and Pending, will not appear. Is this possible ? Thanks :D

    Hi Jeffrey, thanks for responding. Add a new status in iTop from Assigned to Scheduled. There are currently New/Assigned (TDA) and Assigned/Solved (TDS) status SLTs. It is possible to add a new Assigned state SLTs to the new created state (Scheduled). This in order to measure the time that the request lasted in the Asigando/Agendado process until changing to the new status. You understand me ? Thanks :D

    Hi Jeffrey thanks for commenting. My iTop version is 3.0.1. I tried to install it using iTopHub but it says that it does not meet the dependencies, so I used the wizard to see more detail the possible error and this is where it appears: Warning:The following modules have unmet dependencies: OAuth email syncro (id: combodo-oauth-email-synchro/1.1.1) depends on combodo-email-synchro/3.5.2 + itop-standard-email-synchro/3.4.1 + itop-oauth-client/2.7.7 Do you have any idea how to fix this ?
