Thank you for solving the problem. But not everything is as simple as it seemed. After installing the certificate (automatic), the VС installer again issued the same error. As it turned out, the certificate is installed by default in the "Personal" store. The manual installation of the certificate in the "Trusted root certificate authorities" store helped. After that, the VC installation went fine. Thx!
