In the end i restored the system and it "solved" the issue. Unfortunately even disabling this kind of error notification for specified programmes from user panel didn't work. strange! When I click on the exe file to launch it I get a pop up that prevents me from doing so :'( what is this? I downloaded the file once, tested it and it was working great, then accidentally deleted it, re-downloaded and now i can't open it anymore
