If you have the latest version of GPG4Win, that's the correct .exe. Your path is correct. Your message of 30/8 10:04 contains a wrong command, it should be "C:\Program Files (x86)\GnuPG\bin\gpg.exe --help" and not cd "C:\Program Files (x86)\GnuPG\bin\gpg.exe --help" What happens if you run the correct command? If it still does not work, you should uninstall GPG4Win and then reinstall it.
Which OS, GnuPG version, and Enigmail version are you using?
Thanks for your answer. I denied the change, and FileOptimizer seems to work fine anyway. I had some thoughts the installer might be infected. Also, VirusTotal (https://www.virustotal.com) reports the latest installer as malware (Bkav: HW32.Packed.6D3A, Symantec: Trojan.Gen.2) but only for 2 antivirus products of 64, so these must be false positives. I thought you'd like to know.
Hi, Comodo HIPS reports that FileOptimizer tries to modify a registry key HKLM\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services\Tcpip\Parameters upon its first use. I am just curious: why does the program need to modify a network parameter? I'm using the 64bit version on Win10. Thanks in advance.
